Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules. ----> ^-^ !! Squee!!! It says here that I make the rules Bitch!
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions. -- >there isn't really any service yet... once I acquire a church and some followers we will see if I let you leave the cult. Any donations will NOT be returned. You gave me a gift, it would be rude.
- Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime. --> still my rules, I will take constructive criticism.
- Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc. --> Obviously all creative writing, creations and crafts are MINE! no copying unless I need a clone to be restored to my youthful self, then we will talk.
- Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. --> idk free speech and guns.
- Disable user accounts. --> not set up yet... but that goes with out saying, I make the rules here.
- Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience. --> I wasn't aware I was supposed to cast a protection spell on my audience. Ill think about it.
